Our Services

When we butcher/process your birds, we will take all the remains, feathers, and mess with us only draining our water tanks as we go. Your birds we process will allow PL 490 labeling if you want to sell your product from your farm. You can supply your own labels or we can provide one for you at a charge. All of your poultry will be shrink-packaged when possible (certain overly sized turkeys may not fit into available shrink bags). We can then put them directly into your freezers for you.

We will come to your farm with our truck and 24’ enclosed trailer to handle that part for you. We only require a 110V extension cord for power and a garden hose for water. We also ask that your birds are contained for us to easily catch them for processing.

Currently, we process Cornish Cross (this is our #1 product to process), Red Rangers (and all the other Red broilers that each company produces), dual purpose hens/roosters (these may be older hens or any roosters), Guineas, and Turkeys. Our equipment is designed for these poultry only, unfortunately at this time we do not do water fowl as there are too many other factors that go into getting a clean pluck on those.

In addition to butchering and cleaning your birds (evisceration) we can also off to cut up your birds before packaging to freeze. Currently, we offer the following options:

Spatchcocking
Price: $1.00
The backbone is removed to allow your bird to lay flat with the ribs down and breasts up. The bird will still be packaged shaped like a whole bird that you will lay flat when thawed.

Cut up
We can cut up the pieces to a way that you prefer for cooking.

4 piece cut,
Price: $1.50
This is more often called quartering. You will get 2 leg/thigh pieces and 2 wing/breast pieces from each bird.

8 piece cut
Price: $2.00
This will separate each individual piece into a piece of it’s own. You will end up with 2 legs, 2 wings, 2 thighs, and 2 breasts. After that, we can bag them in your desired number of pieces per bag before shrinking.
